For instance, Megadeth it very close to the top edge. I'd move it down about half the height of the "E". Consider making Vic's head 100% larger and moving the island down to the lower quarter of the design. You then can play with putting "Devil's Island" below Megadeth or at the bottom of the design.
Also I'd consider not using the Megadeth font for the album title. It lessens the importance of the logo itself.
Just offering some constructive crit.... hope that's cool.
